Pros
They will never fire you.
Cons
It's an unpleasant work environment with incessant clickity clackity noises that are not necessary for the task. This is a document printing company but they decided to design their own production packaging equipment in house. It is as good as you would expect equipment built by a document printing company to be. Every critical step is sloppy with no real way to fix it short of a complete engineering redesign. Production requires constant intervention even when everything is working as good as possible. Pay is low compared to similar jobs in the area, for both maintenance techs and operators. They are extremely stingy with raises and promotions. I was informed shortly after starting that I was the highest paid maintenance tech in the building be a significant margin. There are people doing the same job that have been there for more than 20 years and they paid me more off the street then the people who have stuck with them for 20+ years. That says a lot, and none of it good.
