      Pros

      Recommend for college grad. Get your 1-2 years experience and move on..........fast. This orginazation is flat. Unless you are in "the club" you're going no where fast regardless of how stellar your performance is. It's every man for himself - trust no one.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, stressful atmosphere (people crying at their desk) & management is not engaged. Very cut-throat and I have to ask - for what? This organization is very poorly ran; I don't see this business lasting at it's current level for more than 5-10 years. Their competition is beating them out at every turn and they can't seem to figure it out.

      Pros

      This is a great place to grow your career. I've moved multiple times in the company, with a pay increase every time and a more engaging role every time. Benefits are nice.

      Cons

      There seems to be a disconnect sometimes between the different management tiers, higher ups to plant managers to shift managers and vice versa. It also appears to be slimming down quite a bit on work.
