There are genuinely no professional "pros" to list here. Maybe the coffee machine works most days. That's the only functional thing.

Cons

This is not a professional company; it's a glorified family project. The problems start right at the top, where the CEO and his daughter operate the company like a personal fiefdom. All major decisions are purely arbitrary and based on personal loyalty, not business acumen or logical strategy. The resulting environment is toxic and completely stagnant. Any attempt to raise concerns or report misconduct, especially concerning leadership, is met with immediate retaliation and punishment, ensuring a culture of silence. The HR Director is an incompetent bully who lacks integrity, professionalism and emotional intelligence, actively contributing to the workplace stress. The organizational competence is shockingly low. The standards for hiring appear to be non-existent, and as a result, the teams are consistently staffed with incompetent individuals. If you are a high performer, you will spend all your time frantically cleaning up the mistakes of others, with zero recognition for your efforts. There is no room for actual career growth here. You are actively punished for trying to introduce efficiency or modern processes because they conflict with the dysfunctional ways things are run.

Ms. Lynette (Trainer) Being able to help Medicaid members get to and from their appointments

Pay too low, Team leads with the exception of two (India and Kristine and Supervisor Walter) can use some training on how to work with, approach or respond to their team. They come across as rude and speak down to you like you’re an idiot. Chat questions aren’t answered timely or at all. After being hired perm. The company is unorganized but expects you to meet these metrics, back to back calls. Hour lunches cut down to 30 minutes because of the call volume so you don’t have time to regroup before getting back on.
