Pros
The only pros is that you can come at any time to office whether 12 PM or 2 PM .
Cons
There is no growth for the people in general . You can not grow professionally here much . Not much exposure. Senior people talks to junior of taking ownership but you will never see them taking the same. They will behave that they are the coolest guy but in reality no. There is lot of favoritism. In general hard work is never valued . You need to be in certain list to grow . Otherwise you are stuck . They lack transparency . You will end up fixing the issue round the year .
