Pros
1. A very good company to work if one is interested in payment domain. 2. Vast technical domain learning. Gives good learning and understanding for end to end flow. 3. Good company for freshers to start as they will get good exposure to technologies and can gain knowledge on payment domain. 4. Company gives lot of benefits, one of them is HOH allowance. 5. If you show interest & enthusiasm towards work, even if you have less skills or less knowledge , you will get support from the senior members. 6. Good Salary. 7. Good Working environment. 8. Very helpful and understanding Senior Management. They would listen to your problems and give solution or advise. Cons
There is release after every 8-14 days. So life won't be that easy. You need to know how to manage your work with time, otherwise you will have a hard time.
