Pros

Everything +ve is 'was' not now. People who can praise the manager and do politics can join and ofcourse its good place for them. Still its good for beginners.

Cons

HR thinks their job is to just enjoy life and nothing else. They are dummy and don't have any decision to make. Everthin in managers hands. Recruitment is Engineers job from shortlisting candidates to sending mails and doing the follow up with the candidates. They appear in the end like Hindi Cinema police and wants to take all the credit They forgot what is meant by a HR?

Hybrid schedule Great product International company with a somewhat flat structure

Cons

Favoritism and nepotism run deep in this company. If you are on the outs, it is harder to advance in the company. Zero culture, no celebrations/recognition/ERGs. You don't feel valued or part of something larger than you.
