Building good working relationships with people within the company. Unlimited PTO, Sick Time, Good Health Benefits/Options, Remote office Lay-off: If this happens to you, be grateful! Unfortunately, I was not any list, but the best decision I made for myself.
Cons
Company acquired last summer by FP and hired Mike Pulli to be CEO. Town hall calls sounded more like lectures from a parent to child. Pulli is not here to build working relationships with staff, does not provide clear direction on where company is headed to, has no compassion towards employees, and only cares how you make him look. One negative comment can lead you to being fired/laid off. This place used to feel like a family unit. People are hostile with one another due to the amount of added stress piled on as teams and departments were dismantled in September leaving staff behind to pick up the pieces. Executive management plays key role now if you stay or go. If they like you, you’re safe. If they don’t or don’t know much about your work history, you’re out! I’ve seen it play out firsthand. Extremely low morale with no HR in sight to help make it better. HR used to encourage management to bring company culture to forefront. Now they are looked at as just firing and onboarding.
