Pros

1) Nice laptop and desktop 2) Good salary with experience 3) Comfy desk and chair 4) 5 days work week

Cons

1) HR is very important. But the HR here just sits in the room.U can also see with ur own eyes there is rarely any mingling between different races and nationalities. The only time HR comes to look for you is when you fail to submit your Medical Cert. There is no integration.HR doesnt care if staff doesnt come to work on time. You can see a half empty office at 8am.It is very unfair to the rest who puts in effort to maintain discipline.Since it is an open office with tons of people, HR doesnt even care if some staff shouts over the phone constantly many times a day every single day causing disturbance or just chit chatting loudly while others are trying to concentate on work.HR doesnt get any feedback from anyone on how things are going or if there is anything they can do to improve. The welfare and discipline of staffs are totally ignored thus allowing some to run wild like ones own house without any consideration for others.Complants have been made but there is still no change. 2)Your bosses are normally overseas.Except for a few departments.Do not expect to be taught when you come but instead expect to dig out your survival instincts. If your boss is not here expect to be bullied too.You are at the mercy of the others unless you are a fighter. The rule here is whoever argues the loudest wins.Bosses do not care about your development either thus work can get dull and mundane after a while.More like a retirement home here as workers here typically range from late 30's to 50 with the exception of a few 30 year olds.Dont expect instant replies on emails and expect a lot of silly questions to be thrown around. 3) Politics here are pretty high.Though you can choose to turn a blind eye on it or tackle it somehow. Or you can leave the politics to higher management. Its better to pretend you're a bit ignorant to save yourself and wait for your boss to come to the rescue. 4) NO benefits.Do not get over excited. You only get an additional 1 month wage supplement at the end of the year but thats all.Consider yourself lucky to get paid on time monthly I guess. No annual dinner or events to build stronger bonds between all departments. 5) NO staff appreciation. When promotions occur, there is no announcement.Suddenly out of the blue, they have shifted to a room or had their ranks changed or you hear it from gossips. These people who are promoted deserve an acknowledgement for their effort and hard work. 6) Staffs are getting complacent and big headed due to lack of discipline and presence of bosses.Even with a few directors here, staffs still talk loudly and shouts in the office and comes in late. Some staffs take 2 hour lunches and some can be spotted in pantry at 9 am just starting to gobble some breakfast. 7) TOP HEAVY.Too many managers around.Almost everyone sitting ahead of me are managers but they do not have anyone reporting under them.Is there really such a need ?Titles are not everything, constant performance is. 8) There is always emails on this or that website on how to feedback but its never about employee welfare or grievances. Its always about how to make more profit. 9) Scrape the FTO.We are not in the States. We dont need it We shouldnt follow it.8 days gone with the wind every year.If you choose to go on a holiday forget about any emergency leave.

Pros

Hybrid schedule Great product International company with a somewhat flat structure

Cons

Favoritism and nepotism run deep in this company. If you are on the outs, it is harder to advance in the company. Zero culture, no celebrations/recognition/ERGs. You don't feel valued or part of something larger than you.
