      Pros

      Good for the College Grads but they will be made work like labours due to frequently changing decisions from upper management, nothing is fixed here. Though Colleagues are good and supportive.

      Cons

      1) Company doesn't know its own policies, keep changing frequently 2) Upper Management sucks 3) No Bonus, No Hike at all even after making work life balance worser. 4) Deadlines are the only things that they consider, you can give the worst product thats not an issue

      Hybrid schedule Great product International company with a somewhat flat structure

      Cons

      Favoritism and nepotism run deep in this company. If you are on the outs, it is harder to advance in the company. Zero culture, no celebrations/recognition/ERGs. You don't feel valued or part of something larger than you.
