There's minimum training or leadership whatsoever. Employees are the least concern of the company. No incentives, perks or bonuses for employees. Excessive work loads and no leadership in the department. Salaries are ridiculously low for the amount of work and responsibility you are given. Looks like the nastiest employees get promoted more often. It's hard to find a nice and friendly boss in Clearwater. There's no care for the customer either.
