      $ is fairly good and the people are nice

      Cons

      TRAINING IS HORRIBLE!!! Then they want to throw you out on your own with high expectations. This job is def for you if you have a photographic memory. They don't have documents you can go off of and the turn around rate is so high. Now I know why. Such a disappointment!. Thought it was going to be such a great place to work. Was hope this could be my career.

      Hybrid schedule Great product International company with a somewhat flat structure

      Cons

      Favoritism and nepotism run deep in this company. If you are on the outs, it is harder to advance in the company. Zero culture, no celebrations/recognition/ERGs. You don't feel valued or part of something larger than you.
