Pros
If a department no longer needs your talent they will try to recycle you into a department that does. The managers are nice and try to balance work and life but some times this just can't happen and they will tell you but they will tell you why which was a big plus for me.
Cons
The work can be very monotonous. The culture is some what negative with internal fighting but this is something to expect from such a large company. You can't really move up without a huge work loud and small pay increase.
