Pros
Pays well and you can work from home.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations for employees. Being told as a salaried employee to not work over forty hours and making the workload so large you have to work an extra 15 hours weekly just to stay caught up. Very stressful company atmosphere. It's not the lower managements fault. It's the executive level that pushes the bar so high you just burn out from all the stress.
