Pros
The coworkers are amazing and being able to help patients on a daily basis can be rewarding
Cons
This company is only concerned about the retail side of things and sales compared to employee and patient satisfaction. They are a lot more corporate than they like to put on, which is very misleading and can lead to frustrations. Sales goals keep getting higher while our bonus checks keep getting smaller. A lot of people work very hard for this company with literally nothing beneficial for them in return besides you have experience in the industry now. This company doesn’t promote from within, has low level employees do all of the tasks they don’t want with no compensation, and the rules change every five seconds so people constantly get called names or yelled at because verilife can’t keep their story straight or stay on the same page for longer than five seconds a day.
