Medium sized company, Employee focused. Can reach the management anytime. Personalized attention and lot of support. Great Pay and Good Benefits. Has products and great clientele. Has great strategy on developing products and forecasting the market needs on technology side.

Cons

Sometimes slow in reaction. Process Oriented. Asks for documented requests for everything. No web based time card management system. Their new immigration attorney is good. Previous attorney was sloppy in response

There are a lot of pros working for Verinon. They have great career opportunities, chances to travel worldwide for various clients, never ending supply of interesting and challenging work, competitive compensation, great management and people, a tremendous number of brilliant people working and willing to help people and great core values.

Cons

Verinon is not a place for lazy people. Everyone has loads of work and often times under very tight customer time lines. I have seen people posting about work life balance but in my opinion: work life balance is a myth in any company these days and at least in current economy.
