Very weak India HR team - Senior Cloud Engineer Verint Employee Review

The HR team at Verint seriously needs a reality check. They’re unresponsive, disorganized, and lack even the basic sense of ownership you’d expect from an HR function. Reaching out to them feels like shouting into a void — no replies, no updates, and definitely no accountability. It’s frustrating to see how casually they handle important matters. There’s no transparency, no communication, and zero respect for people’s time. They promise follow-ups that never happen and seem more interested in passing the buck than solving anything.
