Pros
Competitive salary and benefits. Supports remote-office culture. There are/were a lot of very good people that passed through the doors at Verint, many of whom stayed for a decade or even more. Great HR Team when I started many years ago.... but sadly, they all left.
Cons
Rarely promote from within. Resources get worked into the ground. I cannot tell you how many times I saw management treat employees with disdain. The company has a culture of failure, meaning no results are ever good enough. There is lip service that "we did well," but at the end of the day, the employees remember getting constantly accused of some failure to perform. People genuinely dislike working for this company. I worked for this company for years and never once saw the CEO, even at club.
