      Great team and co workers, Good pay, team works well to cover each other so we can all still have a life, benefits aren't bad.

      Cons

      IT department sucks makes it very difficult to do our jobs, inner company politics, there is no where to move up to in the department.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
