Poor project management - sell in a solution, deliver something short of client expectation and then no real support Struggle at times to get technical support for active clients

since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

Cons

poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
