      - Work life balance is actually pretty good. - The clients are large companies. - Bonus schema is clear. - Taking holiday is easy.

      Cons

      - Technology stacks used is really old. - Multiple acquisitions in the past 4 years, however integration between acquired products are very slow. - Rumors of layoffs brings down the employee morale a lot.

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
