      Pros

      None - lots of politics, poor leadership, salary lower than competitors, lacks long term strategic planning and G2M vision. They have lost the edge they had a few years ago due to poor leadership.

      Cons

      Salary not competitive within industry. Might be good for someone new to software but definitely not for career-minded employees.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
