      Pros

      one of the most interesting places to work for, unique world of international projects, high quality of programming and people, field trips are amazing, different place per project, chances to learn influence and go up the ladder but limited.

      Cons

      understaffed as a strategy (workers are always stressed), not spending too much on employees, possible to advance yourself but not much, however good the tech is it is not synced with the industry and newest tools/methods/trends.

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
