      Pros

      Flexible work schedule and great people to work with

      Cons

      No career progression. Low pay compared to other software companies. Nothing but downhill in the last few years. Once was a very employee friendly company but numerous reductions in force over and over has left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. No matter how bad the performance, senior executives are NEVER changed; they only get rid of management and staff.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
