      Pros

      Flexible hours - good work/home balance, competitive salary, professional team members and managers, although there a legacy code and it's a big company, the management is open-minded to use new and latest technology and expand the tech stack.

      Cons

      There is so much work to do in terms of DevOps, that even teams that are not DevOps teams need to take DevOps tasks and missions, so we work too much on DevOps and too little on new code and new features.

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
