Pros
Fully embraced remote employment concept. Reasonable benefits and salary. Very smart people
Cons
Siloed departments, cronyism, Peter-principle is rife, poor communication from Upper Management, constant focus on linearity without much internal process adjustment to support success, void in career advancement, culture that encourages CYA and not teamwork, very little management support (beyond cursory statements that lack action) for any life-work balance, constant pressure for Revenue at nearly any cost, re-organization at least annually to "fix stuff" that fails to change anything substantive since the underlying problems and their solutions reside with Exec management which apparently doesn't really care, absent quality assurance resulting in a truly broken product, a lot of lip service around fixing the same things quarter after quarter year after year without change.
