      Nice people. No work pressure. late back attitude.Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Old technology stack. Weak management. Very low pay. less visibility and communication from higher management. Slow development. Cutting cost is the management mantra for last 3 years.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
