      Pros

      Willing to take a chance on anyone. The managers want to do important things. The organization has top level connections.

      Cons

      No focus at all. Expect all your hard work to suddenly be pointless. I was constantly punted about to different plans. Often felt like we spent agonizing hours in meetings making plans that would be changed arbitrarily on the spur of the moment the very next day.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
