      The R&D team is fantastic, talented and dedicated. They do a lot on tight deadline and minimum resources.

      Cons

      No room to grow, does not take a lot of risk to open new market. Has the same clients for years and often to late to react.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
