      I've met some great colleagues at the company.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical, difficult to know what's going on, people hold info close to their chests. Promotions don't always seem to be based on ability but other factors; can be disheartening.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
