      Very stable business A market leader in Speech Transcription Very kind people who are happy to mentor and guide you Management is mostly organized

      Technology is old/not popular in today's tech ecosystem The benefits are way behind competitors, including salary & 10Bis (Israel) Large company that moves slowly and is risk averse Very difficult to rise to management... maybe after 5 years at the company

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
