      Pros

      Competitive salary and OTE. Good benefits package including Private Healthcare and Pension. The people at Verint are amazing. The work varies with lots of opportunity to do interesting things if you want to expand your skills.

      Cons

      Limited communication from senior management to employees... this is improving though.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
