      Pros

      Hard to come up with true "PROS".

      Cons

      long ramp (1yr+), tedious administrative work, customers find the product expensive-complex-and difficult to implement. Support is lacking as the company will not hire enough talent. Slow support responce.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
