      The employees make all the difference @ Verint.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no career pathing, no true training/knowledge transfer to other departments. No loyalty to employees. The product is beyond unstable. Legacy products are still problematic.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
