      Pros

      Bright, self-motivated, and accountable employees and execs. Open door, relaxed atmosphere, yet employees work hard. Product is a leader in its space. Company is growing (although the divisions located outside LI growing much faster). Executives effective and care about its employees. Long-term employees. Compensation fair. Vacation time better than average.

      Cons

      Ability for upward mobility somewhat limited at LI based (smaller) division.

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
