      Bad place for women to grow - Sales Verint Employee Review

      Pros

      Decent pay, able to work from home on occasion. Some interesting travel.

      Cons

      If you are a woman in this company, you have to be aggressive and cruel to advance. Too many women trying to ‘play with the big boys’ and treat other women harshly and unfairly to prove their worth. Lots of catty behavior behind the scenes from higher-ups. If you are nice you won’t get far. The men are respectful and kind, but the women are bullies and will take you down if they don’t like you. Beware.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
