Pros

A paycheck and experience for the resume.

Cons

Director is interested only in billable hours for client work. All contributors are required to keep a daily timesheet down to the minute and bill most of the required minimum of 8 hours per day to the clients. Unethical business practice of billing clients for overhead time, lunches and breaks while forcing engineers to "make up" minimum billable hours. Incentivizes poor software engineering practices in order to increase billable work in "updates" and bug fixes. Forces on-call status after hours without additional compensation even when the client is billed for this time. Management is predatory and toxic, will take advantage of younger/less experienced employees for unpaid overtime.
