Work/life balance. Location. Established strong professional relationships with co-workers (excluding management).
Cons
Inept management; complete lack of accountability for departmental issues; one of the most backwards HR departments in existence; and a mind boggling turnover rate (internal transfers and external departures) which management refuses to acknowledge. Backstabbing, cut throat environment that is a reflection of 'the tone at the top'.
