Some great people Not much micro- management Improvement in company culture (global employee feedback seems to be listened to) Active on aquisitions meaning new products to learn and new colleagues to meet

Cons

Growing pains associated to shift to cloud creates alot of red tape and inconsistent detail Global oftens means US only Work life balance can be sketchy Not much personal development

since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

Cons

poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
