      Pros

      Able to meet with high level department chairs and hear presentations from them about what they do at Verint. At the end of the internship, we were able to present a project proposal to the CTO of the company along with various department heads.

      Remote work makes you feel disconnected.

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
