      Amazing culture of openness & dignity that provides the option for anyone to be heard and seen, to try, to promote ideas and to do much more than your R&Rs define.

      Cons

      Corporate is not aligned between regions enough, but it gets better with new senior managers joining to management

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
