Thank you for sharing a four-star review. We really value the time our Verinteers take to share their views and recommendations. We appreciate your thoughts regarding our flexible approach to work too. Verint is passionate about our people enjoying a good work-life balance – and remote working has been very well received by our teams. I’m pleased to share that we’ve just promoted 80+ team members across EMEA as part of our commitment to reward & recognition and career progression. This year we also launched Verint Academy, offering 60+ courses. That said, we know there’s more we can achieve together – so I’m pleased to advise we are also creating a Talent Management Program to support career progression. If you’re based in reasonable proximity of Reading, there will be details of an office event communicated soon. It’s a great opportunity to meet more people from across the business - and your HR team will be onsite too if you’d like to share more feedback with us. Thank you once again for your four-star review.

Pros

since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

Cons
