      - because it is big company, job level up its harder to achieve. time loyalty is just not enough to promotion, you have to proof your competence that you are deserve for level up

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
