Business Outlook
Pros
They have great Benefits better than most companies and Cash Compensation is pretty good too. You get stock options, bonuses, and raises every year. They realy do take care of their employees.
Cons
Well i would have to say the whole layoffs situation especially because the divested companies are no longer in their vision for success. Also the constant reorgs of upper management. They change the org chart more than I change my underwear. Aslo i would have to say that the constant changing of their vision as to assets of acquired businesses is another down side. One day it was great to buy you the next it is even better to sell you!
