No want wants to innovate because its not worth sticking your neck out. Its so bad that management does not even allow Q&A at all hands meetings. Zero risk tolerance and mistakes gets you fired. So no one takes chances. Saw the wrong people get promoted and the good people fired. No upward mobility. Most people are just calling it in.
