Pros

The compensation is pretty good here compared to elsewhere. Also thecompany really makes the effort to make sure it's employees are successful by giving its employees tools and training.

Cons

Thankfully, There have been changes in the past couple of years that have reduced a lot of my frustrations that I had with the company. However, there has been some turnover and also some things have not been documented as well as it should have been.
