Pros

Monday fruit. Some excellent contributors

Cons

Poor management at all levels, manager, sr. manager, director, vp, c level. Too many managers with < 5 staff, too top heavy, too many levels between contributors and execs. Poor execution of strategy. Terrible accounts group. AP especially dismal, staffed by barely graduates of high school.
