Good work/life balance Company is financially stable and performance. Compensation is above market

Cons

Limited opportunity for advancement. Middle management never provides opportunities to employees to gain exposure, thus limiting advancement opportunities. Politics among executive and management ranks. Cannot agree on direction and overall strategy as conflicts are regular occurrence between organizations of the key leadership teams.
