Pros
This place should seriously think about getting into the vacuum business, because they really suck. the only pro I can give them, is that I am no longer employed there. The reward for a job well done is more work.
Cons
lets start with "Team work is important; it helps to put the blame on someone else." This place is by far and wide the worst place I have ever worked. They will work you to death and if they cant succeed at this. they will push you to suicide. The unrealistic expectations. The demand to implement without design and testing. Trying to get the proper equipment to perform your job function is like arguing physics with a 3 year-old. Being a network engineer and not having access to the Data Center was hands down the dumbest move I have ever seen implemented by incompetent management. "My job is secure. No one else wants it." unfortunately, even this inst true. these people dont care that they have burned through every network engineer in the state at a rate of 1 every 6 months. in fact, they hold onto it like a badge of honor. Now no-one will work there and they still keep it up. Dont ever stickup for yourself. if you do, they will make up a reason to dismiss you. forget about getting that last check without involving the Labor Commission and the State Attorney generals office. And when they finally do send you that final check...it will be 1/3rd of what it was supposed to be.
