Pros

The teams are small enough that you get on with everyone n feel supported. Everyone in my team was good fun to interact with n they made it worth coming into the office

Cons

Company has changed to care more bout profit than quality. Faulting or Impassing so quickly resulting in extensive complaints. Care about revenue more than customer experience. Audit are so nit picky and even someone has admitted they ENJOY failing handlers.. daily life was go to work, struggle to hit target, go home feeling like a failure, and repeat. Fail audits over minuscule stuff but the auditors don't even follow their own critiques when 'helping' out! CAMs and Seniors are so overworked for pittance Pay truly does not reflect the workload and mental stress the handlers are being put through. No career progressions
