Pros
A small handful of people here werected awesome. The medical insurance was really good if you were single or only covering a dependant, otherwise the price could get high. The old PTO was unbelievable, but that changed a few years back to be fairly mediocre.
Cons
The management was never on the same path for more than a week. You never knew what kind of a mood they would be in and had to tiptoe around them. People were promoted based on favoritism and kept in positions depending on their ability to kiss up. The "fun" culture you typically see in data entry, call center and development type organizations is non-existent and toxic. Screaming matches, fists pounding tables, and things being thrown are common. Often you could hear people screaming through closed offices. The one person in management that was a real leader and had direction was forced out. Salary was far from competitive. VERY depressing place to work.
